Temperature Screening

Identifying staff and visitors that appear to have elevated temperatures, and preventing them from interacting your staff, is key to providing a safe workplace and fulfilling your duty of care to your employees in this new world.

The NoahFace Temperature Screening solution uses a self-service kiosk to accurately test for elevated temperatures in less than a second. It can be used:

• Integrated with our Time and Attendance solutions, , screening staff before they start work, or students when they arrive at school.
• Integrated with our Access Control solutions, screening staff before they enter your premises.
• Stand-alone, to test staff temperatures, positioned at appropriate locations in your work place.
• Stand-alone, to test visitor temperatures, positioned in your lobby or foyer.

The solution is highly configurable, allowing you to completely customise the home screen, on screen messages, and email alerts.

COVID-19 has also heightened our awareness that viruses can live on hard surfaces for many hours if not days, and as a result can be easily transmitted from person to person through fingerprint readers and pin pads that have traditionally been used to capture time records.

The NoahFace Time and Attendance solution uses a wall mounted iPad as a time clock. At the start and end of each work day, staff simply approach the iPad and look at the screen. They are automatically recognised using facial recognition technology - without touching the screen at all. The date and time of their clocking event is recorded, along with a clipped photograph of their face.

For Hourly Paid Staff, the clocking events flow through to your payroll system, where rounding and award rules (such as overtime loading) are applied.

For Salaried Staff, the times may simply be recorded for compliance with Fair Work record keeping requirements.
