The NoahFace Go mobile App provides a simple and intuitive user experience for mobile staff working in the field. The home screen clearly shows an employee's current work status (eg: Not Working, Working for 4 hours, On Break, etc), and provides them with simple actions based on this status (eg: Clock In, Change Task, Start Break, etc).

In addition, the NoahFace Go mobile App automatically captures geolocations, storing this information with each event. You can pre-define the geolocation of each of your work sites, including a defined radius. When staff clock in at a known work site, the project or cost center can be automatically applied, simplifying the clocking process for staff and eliminating cost allocation errors.

You can also choose to enforce geofencing, so staff can only clock in and out while they are at your known work sites, eliminating time fraud.

These policies can even be site specific, with the appropriate policies determined based on an employee's geolocation.

In the event of an evacuation, managers can use their mobile phone at the muster point to view the list of employees and visitors that are on site, perform a roll call and tick everyone off one by one, and initiate a phone call to anyone who cannot be located.

Managers can automatically receive notifications on their mobile phone when employees have been working too long.

The NoahFace Go mobile app provides a simple and intuitive user experience optimized for team leaders of construction crews to manage the list of workers assigned to their team each day; clock in or our individual workers or groups of workers; assign work types; and more.

The captured times and data automatically populate timesheets in your payroll system, delivering efficiency, reliability and accurate payments.

During a shift, team leaders can clock in and out individual workers (by swiping right or left), multiple workers (by tagging them and then pressing the in or out button), or their entire team in a single action (by simply pressing the in or out button).

Group clocking (including times and GPS locations) works reliably when there is no mobile reception, which is crucial for remote work locations.
