NoahFace supports the use of Rotating QR Codes as a form of identification.
Rotating QR Codes encode a workers Employee Number followed by a 6 didit Time-Based One-Time Passcode (TOTP).
They automatically change every 30 seconds to provide protection against them being copied.
Workers display their Rotating QR Code using the NoahFace Go mobile App, and can present it to the NoahFace iPad App to identify themselves.
Once they have been identified, they interact with the NoahFace iPad App to Clock In, Clock Out, and enter data, just like they would if they were identified in any other way.

The use of Rotating QR Codes requires:
You should create a mobile Access Point Type with a Screen Type of "Display":

You should create a Rule that grants access to your mobile Access Point to all of the users you want to use Rotating QR Codes - this can be either All Users or a specific Group as appropriate.
The Identification Required on this rule does not matter.
You should send registration links to workers by either:
Workers will receive a registration link via Email or SMS (depending on your communication preferences).
They simply install the NoahFace Go App and click on this link to record their registration.
Once they do this, the NoahFace Go mobile App will display their name, profile picture, and a Rotating QR Code on its home page.
Note: Sending a registration link to a worker invalidates any previous registrations, so it is important that you only send registration links once for each worker (or if a worker replaces their mobile phone).
You should create a Rule that grants access to your iPad Access Points to all of the users you want to use Rotating QR Codes - this can be either All Users or a specific Group as appropriate.
The Identification Required on this rule should be "Rotating QR Code" as follows:

Employees do not need to register - when they present at the NoahFace time clock, they simply hold up their Rotating QR Code to the iPad camera to identify themselves.
All of the interactive features of NoahFace are available when using badges for identification. For example you can:
When a user is identified using a Rotating QR Code, you will see a QR Code as the event photo, and the identification method will be recorded as Rotating QR Code:
