NoahFace (www.noahface.com) is the leading provider of Smart Time Clocks for enterprise HR platforms including Workday, Dayforce, UKG, and isolved. We have established ourselves with a world-leading technology platform and an impressive customer base, and we are now looking to accelerate our rapid growth in North America and Europe.
You will lead the NoahFace product team in North America, overseeing a small team of technical specialists focused on customer success. You will be an expert in NoahFace functionality, the Time and Attendance landscape, and an enthusiastic champion of all things NoahFace.
Your duties will include:
- Service Delivery Management. Overseeing a small team of NoahFace specialists providing technical pre-sales, project delivery services, and technical post-sales support to customers in North America.
- Product Enablement. Overseeing the development, delivery and management of a product enablement platform, program, and content (eg: videos, exercises, and quizzes) for partners and customers.
- Product Marketing. Acting as a face and voice of NoahFace at vendor and industry conferences, in videos, and in webinars.
Remote (Work from Home) based in North America.
You will be compensated with a package commensurate with your experience and the demands of this role.
The successful candidate must be:
- Experienced in creating and delivering product enablement content and programs.
- Experienced in being a face and voice of a technology product, at conferences, industry events, on webinars, etc.
- Able and willing to be hands-on, whilst also experienced in managing a small team.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Intelligent, motivated, and resourceful.
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient with IT business interaction tools.
Knowledge of and experience with the following is highly desirable:
- Time and Attendance and Time Clocks.
- Payroll and Human Resource Management processes.
- Workday, Dayforce, UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready and isolved.
Knowledge and experience with any of the following are beneficial:
- Training Content Management Platforms.
- Video Production.
- Managing Standard Demonstration Environments.
- Apple iPads.
