There are many industries where it is necessary for workers to go to a fixed workplace, clocking in and out to record their time worked. These include: Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Retail. These workplaces have traditionally used either PIN pads or fingerprint readers to identify staff, and now need to migrate to no touch technologies to keep their employees and customers safe.
The NoahFace Time and Attendance solution uses a wall mounted iPad as a time clock. At the start and end of each work day, staff simply approach the iPad and look at the screen. They are automatically recognised using facial recognition technology - without touching the screen at all. The date and time of their clocking event is recorded, along with a clipped photograph of their face.
For Hourly Paid Staff, the clocking events will flow through to your payroll system, where rounding and award rules (such as overtime loading) are applied.
For Salaried Staff, the times may simply be recorded for compliance with Fair Work record keeping requirements.
