More Improvements to our HR Platform Integrations

NoahFace continues to invest heavily in enhancing our integrations with leading payroll and HR platforms. Our most recent update significantly improves the integrations with Workday, Dayforce, isolved, and Employment Hero, adding new capabilities and providing increased flexibility.

Workday

Cash Tips

For service applications such as hospitality, NoahFace now supports the collection of Cash Tips at clock out and the reporting of these to Workday. For example:

Dayforce

Projects

NoahFace now supports the assignment of worked time to Projects, as maintained in Dayforce, to enable accurate project level costing. When an employee clocks in or transfers, you can require them to select a project as follows:

To enable the synchronization of Projects from Dayforce to NoahFace, turn on the following switch in your User Synchronization:

Cash Tips

Meal Waivers

NoahFace now supports the reporting of individual shift Meal Waivers to Dayforce, which is necessary for compliance in California. For example:

Attendance Screen

Unlike the Clock In/Out screen in NoahFace (which has at least two buttons), the Attendance screen has a single button for clocking, which greatly simplifies the clocking experience for employees when no data collection or attestations are required. Employees simply confirm their identity and attendance as follows:

When you use the Attendance screen, the event type is recorded as "Present" (instead of "Clock In" or "Clock Out"), and isolved automatically determines whether employees are clocking in or out (based on the time of day and/or previously clocking events).

NoahFace now uses the configured Clock In field mappings when pushing "Present" events to isolved, which means you can automatically assign Labor values based on the Site or specific Access Point (iPad) being used. For example:

Site Mapping

By default, the User Synchronization maps each employee's Work Location to the NoahFace Site field. To provide additional flexibility, you can instead specify that a named Organization or Misc field that should be mapped to the NoahFace Site field. For example, if you an Organization field called "Customer" in isolved and you periodically re-assigned your employees to different customers, you could use that assignment for your NoahFace Site as follows:

Employment Hero

Phone Number Mapping

To provide additional flexibility, in your User Synchronisation you can now configure which Employment Hero field is mapped to NoahFace Phone Number field:

‍Phone Numbers will no longer be mapped by default to increase privacy.

User Type Mapping

To provide additional flexibility, you can now configure which Employment Hero field is mapped to the NoahFace User Type field:

This enables you to take advantage of NoahFace features that make use of the User Type field, such as conditional data entry, conditional schedule enforcement, and reporting.
