Time and Attendance for
Salaried Staff

Comply with your Fair Work
record keeping obligations.

Solution Overview

Fair Work compliance

Fair Work changes came into effect on the 1st March 2020 that requires businesses with staff on annual salaries to keep accurate records of the actual hours worked.

To capture time records, NoahFace offers both an iPad based mounted kiosk for staff that regularly attend a fixed place of work, and a mobile solution for staff that work from home, on the road, or from multiple work places.

The reporting capabilities allow you to regularly review actual hours against required hours, as required by Fair Work.

Time records are maintained for 7 years, independently of your payroll system, allowing you to confidently respond to historical enquiries.

How it works: Kiosks

NoahFace Kiosks

For staff that regularly attend a fixed place of work, NoahFace can be run on an iPad mounted at your point of entry or in a staff common area. Staff simply present themselves when they arrive at work, and again before they leave.

NoahFace compares their face with known faces using facial recognition technology. If there is a match, it proceeds to the clocking screen. There are three modes of operation as follows:

  • Manual Mode. Two separate Clock In and Clock Out buttons are displayed.
  • Auto Mode. Either a Clock In or a Clock Out button is displayed as appropriate (based on the last clocking action).
  • No Touch Mode. A clocking event is automatically recorded, without requiring any button presses.

Events captured at a NoahFace Kiosk are pushed to the Cloud where they are securely maintained for 7 years. This enables you to regularly review each employee's actual hours against their required hours, as well as to confidently respond to historical enquiries.

    How it works: Mobile

    NoahFace Mobile

For staff that work from home, on the road, or from multiple work places, NoahFace can be run on an iPhone or Android phone. There are three modes of operation as follows:

    • Clock In/Out. This is used by employees to clock in when they start work and clock out when they finish work or take an unpaid break.
    • Task Tracking. This is used to record the type of tasks employees work on throughout the day.
    • Job Tracking. This is used to record the time employees spend on each individual job (by job number).

Events captured using the NoahFace mobile solution are pushed to the Cloud where they are securely maintained for 7 years. This enables you to regularly review each employee's actual hours against their required hours, as well as to confidently respond to historical enquiries.

      Your face is your key

      Convenient

Ever had to put down a coffee or a laptop to open a door? Or fumble through your wallet or purse to find your access card? You'll love the convenience of facial recognition, and you'll never want to use an access card again.

      Secure

Access cards are regularly shared which severely compromises security. Facial recognition makes sharing impossible, and the photographic audit trail provides an indisputable record of exactly who entered when.

      Lightning Fast

The sub-second recognition process works at a glance, unlocking doors as you approach.

      Safe

Avoid workplace injuries that often occur moving goods to/from storerooms through secure doors.

      Unforgetable

Ever left your access card at home or on your desk when you went to the bathroom?

Well you can't forget your face!

      Clean

Hands-free operation avoids the transmission of germs and cross contamination. Its essential in healthcare, laboratories, and manufacturing environments, and good practice in any workplace.
