Fair Work changes came into effect on the 1st March 2020 that requires businesses with staff on annual salaries to keep accurate records of the actual hours worked.

Staff simply present themselves at a kiosk when they arrive at and leave from work. They are instantly recognised using facial recognition. They then press the Clock In or Clock Out button as appropriate, and their time is automatically recorded.

Time records are kept for 7 years, independently from your payroll system, and can be reviewed as needed.

Accurate. Record the actual hours worked, not manual timesheet entries which are made up each week or month.

How it works

NoahFace runs on an iPad mounted at your point of entry or in a staff common area. Staff simply present themselves when they arrive at work, and again before they leave.

NoahFace compares their face with known faces using facial recognition technology. If there is a match, it automatically displays the Clock In / Clock Out screen.

They simply press the appropriate button, and a record of their time for the day is recorded. Nothing could be easier.

    The data is securely maintained in the Cloud, independently of your payroll system. This is important, as the time records must be maintained for 7 years.
